The hotel is clean and the airconditioning is very good. The owners danny and tracy and very accommodating to our needs and inquiries. Will go back again to this hotel.

The hotel location is excellent. It is within 15 minutes reach, by car, to the airport and down town. There is a wide range /types of food and cuisine close to the Hotel. Above all, the persons--in-charge of the Hotel are very friendly and helpful. Tracy, Daniel and their delicated staff had made sure that we felt at home during our stay. I am happy to recommend anyone who visit Sandakan to stay in Hotel Prima.

Small issues on getting in to the room as the hotel uses qr code to unlock the door, and the boiler seem to take a while to heat up before it's water is warm enough for a shower. Other than these, everything is good.

Отель находится немного далеко от центра. Номер чистый, кровать удобная, персонал вежливый. Из-за депозита пришлось ехать в центр и искать обменник. А их в Сандакане всего два. Запасайтесь наличкой заранее

Room was clean n people r friendly except d barcode system wasn’t so good. Sometimes I can’t get in n the worse thing is I couldn’t find my room as it says store room bigger than d room number. Can at least cover d word with a bigger room number
